Development Associate
The associate position represents a rewarding career opportunity for candidates who demonstrate a solid foundation in the fund development or communications field. Working alongside experienced professionals, under the supervision of one of the most talented leaders in the development field, you will hold increasing responsibility for a diverse array of projects for nonprofit clients.
A four-year degree in a communications-related field is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience and ranges from the upper-40's to the 60's. Talented communications professionals with transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
Senior Associate
The senior associate helps anchor our firm's delivery of superior fund-development services. Excellent and confident communication skills are essential. In addition, the senior associate has proven analytical and research skills, and the demonstrated ability to produce results. The senior associate is personally responsible for numerous aspects of the fund-development process for assigned clients, and provides supervision and guidance to other staff in support of client goals.
An advanced degree is preferred. Experience in fund development within the nonprofit industry is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a salary range from the 60's to the 80's. Seasoned development professionals are encouraged to apply.
Executive Associate
The executive associate oversees a wide range of client projects and contributes to our firm's near- and long-term growth. This position requires the highest level of communication skills, exceptional analytical and research skills, and a history of extraordinary results. The executive associate supervises and supports other staff and works closely with the principal in areas including planning, fund-development strategy and evaluation.
An advanced degree is preferred. At least five years of progessive experience in fund development within the nonprofit industry is required. Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a salary range from the 80's. Seasoned development professionals are encouraged to apply.
